Purpose of the site and no advice

The site works out free of charge, from the visitor’s inputs, the penalty the texts provide for a traffic offence (recorded speed, reduced, standard or increased fine, points, suspension risked), the payment and contest deadlines and an estimate of the points balance, and presents the public list of fixed speed cameras. These results are not legal advice, a decision or personal guidance: only the notice received or a court decision is binding. The site is independent: it is affiliated with no government body, nor the ANTAI, nor the Sécurité routière, nor any course provider, law firm or insurer, and uses no official logo. Reused data

Fixed cameras: the Interior Ministry’s “Liste des radars fixes en France” dataset on data.gouv.fr, reused under the Licence Ouverte 2.0 (Etalab), with the source stated and the file date shown; each camera has been attached by the publisher to its town and département. Towns: the administrative boundaries API (geo.api.gouv.fr), same licence. Rules: the Highway Code, the Code of Criminal Procedure and orders published on Légifrance, Service Public guidance pages.

Limits of liability

Data is read automatically and checked, with no guarantee of being error-free or always available. The publisher cannot be held liable for a decision taken solely on the basis of a price or date shown here. Errors can be reported through the contact page.

Intellectual property

Text, graphics and code are protected and remain the publisher’s property; short quotations are allowed with a link to the original page.
